Job Title: MI Analyst
Contract length: 12 months

Your role:
Working with individuals and teams across Technology and Digital and beyond, as an MI analyst you will be responsible for guiding and shaping the delivery of an exciting and varied TRMO Portfolio by:
* liaising with business units to understand their reporting needs and required outcomes
* capturing and agreeing requirements with business teams and converting them to measurable KPIs that are meaningful to the business, adopting visualisation best practices
* creating designs and wireframes of dashboards, using the right visuals to comprehend KPIs that can support data driven decision making
* maintaining the integrity of TRMO MI processes with detailed reviews and data cleansing to ensure all data and reports are accurate, current, complete, and consistent
* developing and delivering complex reporting requirements where frameworks may not be well defined, and data is coming from a variety of sources
* collecting, manipulating, and managing large datasets using various tools: Excel, Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, varied data sources that can connect via APIs and automate data loads and models with Power BI
* identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in the development, delivery and maintenance of dashboards and reports
About you:
An MI experienced analyst with strong data skills, you will:
* be able to quickly understand business needs and translate them to technical measures and KPIs
* possess excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills with experience in the provision of management information
* be experienced in manipulating and analysing data
* take ownership and accountability for the MI deliverables
* mentor the existing team
* be resourceful and able to identify improvements in data provided
* possess proven and strong technical PowerBI skills
