Microsoft Dynamics Techno-Functional consultant – UK wide – <£55,000

I'm working with a niche Microsoft Gold partner who cover core CRM disciplines such as Dynamics, SAGE, and Oracle as they look to expand their central Dynamics team. From a business of 8 heads just 3-years ago, they're now at 40+ and have growth plans to take them to 55 by the end of 2023. Underpinning this exciting growth is the business's focus on quality over quantity and their strong customer-acquisition team. Despite their size and age, they already work with some of the largest brands in the mobile and telecommunication sphere within the UK, France, and Ireland, and show no signs of slowing down.

As a Techno-Functional consultant, you'll be joining a small but agile discipline of 4 others, 3 of which have been in the business for 4+years and are go-to experts in their specialisms. You'll start with shadowing and putting your hand to projects whilst taking on more and more responsibility over time once you've acclimatised to their systems, way of working, and general business ethos. You'll use your MS Dynamics and Power Platform skills to craft bespoke applications, configurations, and custom builds for clients within the above sectors, as well as work as part of larger, multidisciplinary teams to problem solve more complex solutions. Whilst the role is technically centred, customer engagement is still a pivotal part of this firms mission, you'll be adept in customer experience, providing mock-ups, storyboards, and really helping to display and promote the full prowess of the Power Platform/Dynamics, so shouldn't be someone who shies away from communication.

The business place a really strong emphasis on a work-life balance. From a standard 8 hour day, you can expect roughly 5-hours of project, a team meeting, and strong emphasis on continued professional development – with the firm helping towards MS Dynamics certifications; MB-200, MB-400 etc

Key skills required:
Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM – 2 years +
Power Platform, Power apps, Power Automate (Canvas / Model-driven apps desirable)
.Net/C#
Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team
