Positioned in the Top 10 UK of Microsoft Partners in the UK for Azure, Microsoft Solutions Partner for Azure Infrastructure and Digital App + innovation and holder of multiple Microsoft Advanced Specialisations, you'll be joining an business at the forefront of Microsoft technologies and be given the opportunity to work on complex enterprise customer projects. Here's what you'll be doing…

Design, architect and implement Microsoft Endpoint solutions across Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune and SCCM
Design, architect and implement Active Directory Solutions
Optimize the performance of Microsoft Endpoint solutions.
Act as the technical SME / Escalation point for Microsoft Endpoint solutions.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Endpoint solutions.
OS image creation and management using MDT/Microsoft Endpoint Manager
Write scripts to automate tasks.
Research and recommend system upgrades.
Provide technical advice and guidance to users.
Document solutions and maintain technical knowledge base.
The Techie Part…

The role will focus on two core technology stacks so we'll need you to bring with technical experience with:

Endpoint / Client Platform Delivery

Deep expertise with endpoint management tools like Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune etc.
Knowledge of Operating Systems and must have a good understanding of various operating systems: Windows, Mac, and Linux, etc.
Expertise in endpoint security, malware prevention, and threat detection.
A thorough understanding of network infrastructure and protocols is important, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
Understanding how to manage and maintain hardware components and peripherals, such as printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
Ability to diagnose and resolve Endpoint Manager, hardware, software, and network issues quickly and effectively.
Ability to install and configure software on endpoints, including patch management and software updates.
Scripting and Automation: Knowledge of scripting and automation tools like PowerShell, Bash, and Python, etc.
OS image creation and management using MDT/Microsoft Endpoint Manager
Nice to have: both Azure Virtual Desktop expertise and (general) Azure expertise/certs
Active Directory

Strong understanding of Active Directory (AD) design and architecture
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
Knowledge of Group Policy management and configuration
Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and other network protocols
Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) concepts and technologies
Experience in managing and troubleshooting AD replication and synchronization issues
Knowledge of certificate services and certificate management in AD environment
Experience in managing and troubleshooting AD-integrated DNS and DHCP servers
Familiarity with cloud-based identity and access management solutions such as Azure Active Directory
Experience in configuring and managing Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex AD issues
