Job Description
I am currently working with an fantastic information services company who are are looking to add an enthusiastic and talented Mid – Senior Graphic Designer to their in house team. The successful candidate will be an brilliant designer, confident storyteller, versatile, and willing to apply design-thinking across all stages of the creative process; from immersion, strategy, and implementation. Someone willing to come up with new innovative ideas to share with the team and someone who is happy to mentor others where needed.
Job Title: Mid – Senior Graphic Designer
Location: London (Extremely Flexible Working – initial month would be 2 days a week in the office, after this can go down to 1 day in the office)
Salary: Between £38,000 – £45,000
Start: ASAP
Responsibilities
Generating interesting, beautifully executed creative work, leading the output on projects through every stage of development, and providing creative input at brainstorms and weekly design catch-ups.
Leading on creative ideation, execution, and roll-out of strategic campaign projects during our recruiting seasons
Helping develop guidelines, icons, imagery and videos to ensure all touchpoints are cohesive and on brand
Creating engaging one-pagers, information sheets and other literature
Designing striking, on-brand Google-Slides and Google-Docs presentations
Creating occasional graphics for the website, taking into account UX/UI principles
Helping create motion graphics and videos if you have the skills, or are willing to learnTechnical Skill:
High level of skill using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat
Good working knowledge of Google Slides, Google Docs, Powerpoint, and Word
Understanding of peripheral design processes (e.g. print production, liaising and briefing suppliers, working with specialists, etc)
