    Job Description

    Mobile Tech Lead – Outside IR35

    Experienced Lead Developer / Tech Lead (Mobile) needed to lead a small team of mobile engineers working on a complex project building out a consumer-facing mobile app for a large organisation in the energy/utilities space.

    The position will focus on a mixture of hands-off and hands-on work which will include both facilitating the overall delivery of the project and contributing to the codebase/code reviews (React Native) etc. You’ll be expected to play an active role in app architectural decisions, technical design decisions, stakeholder interaction, day-to-day development and generally enabling the team to deliver. You’ll have an expert understanding of mobile apps and ideally will have a technical background working with React Native.

    The role will be remote and outside IR35.

    Desired skills/experience:

    * Strong understanding of mobile software development

    * Strong understanding of mobile app architecture

    * Strong React Native knowledge

    * Ability to contribute towards technical design decisions

    * Demonstrable experience developing production-ready code for commercial mobile apps

    * Prior experience working on enterprise-level Mobile UIs

    * Demonstrable stakeholder management experience

    * Strong communication skills
