Vivedia have an exciting opportunity for a Motion Graphics & Video Manager to join their team.

Location: Sheffield/Hybrid

Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 per annum

Job Type: Full time permanent

Motion Graphics & Video Manager – The Role:

The Motion Graphics & Video Manager will be responsible for the creation of video and graphic content for the purpose of both internal and external use.

The Motion Graphics & Video Manager will sit within the Creative team. Within this team is the in-house creative studio where new product ideas are created and trialled, and one-off projects are produced. New ideas are then productionised ready to be ordered by customers.

The designs you produce will be used by our production teams to create content ultimately viewed by millions of people each year as part of wedding and funeral services across the UK.

Vivedia are looking for someone who can provide a strong creative vision to lead the content creation within the video and graphics space and feels at home within a fast-paced environment.

Motion Graphics & Video Manager – Key Responsibilities:  

– Gain a deep understanding of end-users, then create short 2D photo animation and videos to meet their needs

– Work with in-house specialists/developers to automate motion graphic/video production

– Create content for in-house marketing team including videos, webinars, and podcasts

– Take projects from pre-production (reviewing scripts, developing storyboards) to completion

– In the Creative team, you will work alongside one experienced Graphic Designer and be supported by two junior video/motion specialists

Motion Graphics & Video Manager – You:

We look for high calibre individuals who are able to progress within the organisation.

You will need to be/have:

– Strong creative vision

– Solid motion graphics and animation skills

– Experience with camera, lighting, audio, and grip operations and setup

– Experience in fast-paced environments, such as agencies, freelance videographer, or broadcast media environments is a plus

– Focus on motion graphics and animation, but with experience in filming and video editing

– Meticulous attention to detail and quality control

– Proactive, resourceful, and creative with a positive attitude

– Experience managing/working with small teams

– Strong Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects

– Bachelor’s degree in videography, video editing, motion graphics or design is preferred
