Your role

In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for transformation programs, all the way from business process consulting to solution design, development and deployment. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* In charge of development work on Migration project from Mx v3.1.28 to Mx 3.1.46 for Commodities.

* Providing BAU support for FX, FXO business and guide teams on project processes, deliverables

* Responsible for in-house capability building and training a team at offshore on MXML

* Oversee the work of the team and are responsible for offering clients their advice and recommendations on the given project

* Proactively identifying opportunities for further expansion or improvement of services delivered to the customers

* Communicating with colleagues, stakeholders and clients for business purposes

Required

• 8+ years’ experience in Murex MXML/Workflows
• Workflows configuration, development of Interfaces with internal and external system in eco system
• Sound knowledge of Murex Architecture and Workflow tasks and Objects.
• Requirement lifecycle management in Agile with expert knowledge in agile tools and conducting agile ceremonies
• Knowledge of Release and configuration management process
• Prior experience of having implemented exchange workflows and BO workflows
• Knowledge of Pre-Trade and Murex Datamart
• Knowledge on following tools –JIRA, confluence, Azure Pipeline etc.,
• Strong Stakeholder management skills, excellent communication skills written and oral – can communicate at a technical and business stakeholder level
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; while remaining detail-oriented and team-oriented
