IT Business Partner needed by this large professional services business, to act as the strategic and operational interface between their Technology function and their Risk, Legal & Compliance teams.

To support current and future business expansion, they are investing heavily in enhanced technology and systems to support their core compliance processes.

Although the company has established processes in place, there is a significant chance to improve efficiency, performance, and reporting through the implementation of software and automation.

Core responsibilities are broad, being the liaison with the compliance teams on their current and future technology needs, being aware of and reviewing the right and latest technology to support the business processes and preparing business cases to support these technology investments.

This position requires the ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with stakeholders while also overseeing technology projects.

It presents a unique opportunity for individuals with a background in delivering risk and compliance systems to expand their responsibilities to include more business engagement and team management, or for those in a risk and compliance business role to transition into a more technology-focused position.
