Job Description
Rate: £600-£700 per day
Duration: 6 months +
Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite in Chippenham / 2 days remote
Role: Network Architect
DV Clearance is required for this role
I am recruiting a Network Architect for a client of mine who are a systems integrator operating within the UK defence sector. You will be managing the technical delivery on an exciting new project across multiple technical disciplines and industry sectors.
Experience required:
You will be confident in Cisco Unified Communications. Ideally you will have previously worked with IP networking within the defence IT industry. Knowledge of enterprise voice and collaboration techniques would be really beneficial for this role.
Role overview:
Detailed experience with Cisco Unified Communication Suite & a strong understanding of LAN, WAN & telecommunication operations is mandatory
Strong knowledge of Cisco networking systems with the ability to configure & troubleshoot voice related hardware.
CCNP or CCVP certification or equivalent
Knowledge and understanding of infrastructure practices, operations, standards and frameworks (ITIL).
Strong and extensive voice systems support and administration experience
