Global FMCG organization is seeking to secure a Network Engineer – Specialist – with knowledge of IT Networks & IT System Architecture. The Network Engineer – Specialist will work remotely with IT staff across Europe to help implement Network/Infrastructure services and support the existing Infrastructure.

Role:

Concept creation, testing and presentation of Network Designs & System Architectures to improve the effectivity & efficiency of the IT Infrastructure System & Services.
Conceptualisation, implementation and optimization in the area of – Connectivity, LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPNs & Telecommmunication.
Planning, Construction, Operation, Control & Monitoring of Communications Networks & IT Infrastructure Systems and initiate measures to eliminate faults.
Provision & maintenance of Data, Voice & Multimedia services.
Tier 3 Support for issues affecting – Connectivity, Azure Active Directory, DHCP, DNS & PKI environments.
Technical Skills Required:

IT Networks & IT System Architecture knowledge.
Network Design, Network Routing & Switching & general Networking troubleshooting experience.
Cisco Networking – including Cat9200/9500, Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA; CATO SDWAN – implementation & management.
MS Office 365 – MS Exchange Online – MS Teams.
Azure Active Directory & Active Directory.
DHCP, DNS & PKI environments.
Developing & Supporting IT environments in medium or large environments – ideally FMCG, Food Production or Manufacturing environments.
Third-Party Supplier management – overseeing technical delivery.
Stakeholder Management / Engagement – ability to build & maintain Business relationships at all levels.
Collaborative approach to Teamwork – a team player.
Pragmatic & focused way of working.
Experience in gathering business & functional IT Networking requirements.
Excellent communication skills.
Culturally Aware – able to interact with stakeholders with limited English.

Desirable Skills:

German language skills.
Cisco CCNA / CCIE Certification.
Pan European IT Support experience.
Manufacturing or FMCG sector/environment experience.
