Network Team Lead

Chassam Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Network Team Lead for a leading organisation based near Bradford. The Network Team Leader must have extensive experience of wired and wireless networks design implementation and management. This is an exciting position which involves overseeing the operation and control of the IT Network infrastructure required to deliver and support the IT Services.

As a Network Engineer you will be responsible for:

* The design, development and implementation of upgrades to the network infrastructure (both wired and wireless)

* Extensive experience of wired and wireless networks, design, implementation and management

* Taking an active role in supplier management and procurement

* Managing key systems and data centres switches and wireless infrastructure

* Proactively monitoring the security of networks to detect issues and possible breaches

* Using Network management tools to monitor the performance of networks and components

* Network Management – extensive experience of Network design and redesign

* Layer 2 and Layer 3 Switching and Routing

* Network Segmentation and DMZ design
