We are looking for a Nonprofit Practice Director for a leading IT consulting company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Nonprofit Practice Director you will lead a team of Salesforce Consultants. You will work closely with stakeholders to pitch, design and deliver Salesforce solutions which will transform their clients businesses. You will be responsible for developing and implementing vision, strategies and goal-orientated plans, whilst driving best practices adoption.

In addition you will manage projects through the full project lifecycle to ensure overall project success.

SKILLS

As the Nonprofit Practice Director you must have:

-Proven leadership and consulting skills
-An established career within the Salesforce ecosystem, that covers project management and technical lead on Salesforce projects
-Able to map business needs to Salesforce capabilities and products
-Demonstrated success creating Salesforce product vision and strategy
-Strong presentation, client pitching skills and Agile Delivery experience
-A proven track record delivering enterprise scale technology transformation projects using Salesforce technology

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

You must have experience working in the non-profit sector, or NPSP or Nonprofit Cloud.
