Onboarding & Process Support Specialist
Rates of pay: £240 – £300 per day via umbrella company or £175 – £218 per day Agency PAYE
12 months contract
Waterloo, LondonThe Onboarding & Process Support Specialist is a key member of one of the teams within the Trading business and is responsible for the end-to-end onboarding of new joiners, as well as generalist support for the Business Risk Managers (BRMs). The OPS works closely with their counterparts in other T&S businesses and in the central T&S BIA team.
Purpose of the role
To design, document, implement and manage processes necessary for the delivery of onboarding programmes to new joiners in the business
To provide generalist support around processes and controls to the BRMs. Responsibilities:
A member of team reporting to the Business Risk Manager.
Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, and the Onboarding Focal EAs.
Contribute to the development and maintenance ofOnboarding process standards, specifically:
Transition live/virtual sessions to WorkDay Learning modules
Define on a reference indicator basis which sessions are mandatory and for whom
Gather "people data" for all new joiners to foster assignment of modules
Design & incorporate face-to-face sessions
Update & maintain the Onboarding Checklists
Continuously gather info from other LoBs/support functions re: Onboarding best practice
Support the design and optimisation of other processes, including data and technology advancements.
Support the maintenance of a taxonomy and architecture of business processes in line with T&S Process Standards.
Support the embedding of pan-T&S processes within the division.The successful candidate will be expected to:
