Operations Analyst – Batch Scheduling – Coventry

This role requires 4 days on site in Coventry / week

Shift pattern – 07:00-19:00, Monday to Sunday, incl. Bank Holidays

Shift pattern – 4 days on- 4 days off- 4 nights on- 4 nights off

Operations Analyst required for a leading client based in Coventry. You will come on board where you will be responsible for ensuring the business delivers a great customer service and experience to its members and incorporate this in your daily work. An eye for detail along with a strong focus on quality and accuracy is key.

You will have a flexible approach to ensure Team and Business objectives can be achieved, have good resilience, and embrace situations positively.

Key responsibilities:

Strong Operations analyst experience
Batch Scheduling experience (Xi Batch) preferable
In depth knowledge of business & system procedures and processes within their area.
MS package, VISIO experience
Disciplined and detailed approach to all areas of work.
Demonstrable broad expertise in associated IT / Business processes, understanding wider connected downstream impacts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience of using the Microsoft Office products to create and manage documentation, as well as use of ServiceNow as the primary Service Management tool.
Korn shell programming experience
