Part Time IT Support Technician
£15 – £25 per hour DOE
20 hours per week – Monday is essential but can be flexible in regards to the other days and hours
We are looking for a part-time on-site ICT Support Technician, you will have the backup of an internal IT helpdesk for IT queries and software issues. This position is responsible for all hardware aspects of ICT and security on site.
Assisting the IT helpdesk teams with preparation of hardware/software, including maintaining records of all hardware for UK and Ireland users and ordering new equipment when needed.
Monitoring, fault tracking and problem management to ensure optimum service.
Writing and updating technical workflows to ensure the team is kept up to date.
Maintaining cyber security certificate
Getting involved in a variety of IT projects as identified and rolling out to UK and Ireland, i.e. time and attendance management system
Responsible for mobile phone contracts and the renewal when required.
Responsible for site CCTV and alarm systems
Team focused and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues to offer support and advice.

Able to manage and prioritise workload appropriately.
Experience with various versions of Windows (7, 8, 10, server 2008 R2, 2012)
Windows Server Environment experience involving administration, troubleshooting, maintenance and backup/restore
Active Directory including Security groups, user creation and administration
Office 365 and Microsoft exchange setup, administration and troubleshooting
Router setup and troubleshooting
Mobile Device Management / administration
Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
Antivirus and malware protection
Basic networking experience
This role is part time and there is flexibility in the number of hours and days worked
