Payroll Assistant – Commissions
A unique opportunity for a Payroll / Commissions Administrator to join an industry-leading software company offering an opportunity filled with excellent career progression and lots of training. This role would ideally suit someone who has a background in finance, payroll, or similar role where attention to detail is paramount.
Location –Cambridge office
Salary – £25,000 – £29,000 + healthcare + pension
Requirements for Payroll Assistant – Commissions
* 2:1 or 1st class degree ideally Business or Finance related, although other degrees also considered
* Excel skills are essential as this role will involve daily work with spreadsheets
* Fantastic attention to detail
* Excellent initiative
* Willingness to learn
* Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, both verbal and written
* Experience within an office-based environment, in a similar type payroll/finance role
Responsibilities for Payroll Assistant – Commissions
* Handling a high volume of system, process and commission-related queries
* Ensuring that all processes are followed accurately and in a timely fashion
* Taking responsibility for commission-related calculations
* Ensure accurate reporting and payment instructions to payroll following a detailed knowledge of our CRM system
* Identifying areas for continuous improvement in commission administration
* Occasionally supporting the wider Sales Operation team
