The Role

A growing organisation with a diverse customer base is looking to bolster their IT department with this exciting new role. Their systems need to be taken to the next level by PHP developers who are also experienced in Laravel.

You will be joining a team of people who are very passionate about their work and the delivery of their systems. A team who work to best practice and encourage both professional and personal growth for their staff.

KEY SKILLS

* A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with and developing with PHP/Laravel frameworks in production environments, where best practice is followed

* Experience with the PHP Standard Recommendation (PSR) coding standard

* MySQL

* Good experience in Git source control management

* Demonstrable ability to write clean, structured, maintainable code

* Deep understanding of object-oriented design principles and patterns

* Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

* A team player, with a ‘can do’ attitude

* Excellent level of written and spoken English

* Amazon Web Services

* Linux Ubuntu

* Server stack

* DNS/hosting
