Presales Support Analyst | Permanent | Salary £65,000-£70,000 | All locations will be considered| 40 hours Monday-Friday.
Cherry Professional are supporting an established, fast growing company based in Nottingham. This role offers you the flexibility to work from home and the office. Due to the growth of the business, they are now seeking a Presales Support Analyst.
This role will give you the opportunity to drive sales across the software licensing and processing services lines of business. Additionally, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven Pre-Sales professional to join a global company.
As a PreSales Analyst, you will be a key contributor during sales engagements, supporting the functional and technical aspects of the sales process.

-You will support sales managers to turn effective leads into successful sales.
-To qualify business alignment and technical fit between customer requirements and company products and services.
-To develop, prepare and deliver engaging product and solution presentations
-You will create and perform demonstrations of functional product capabilities
-To drive high levels of engagement and build rapport through discovery sessions with clients.
-To prepare commercial proposals and support potential customers to meet their business and technical requirements.
-You will be involved in internal presales activities, and assist with the creation of product/solution packages
-To make suggestions for improving business processes
-To present the company at internal and external, national and international exhibitions and events when required
-You will write and publish pre-sale related materials
The ideal candidate:
-4 years of experience as a presales expert in the technology industry.
-Experience working as resales/sales support
-Experience working at a financial service provider (e.g. retail bank)
-Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
-Experience gathering and understanding customer business requirements
-Have the desire to learn new technologies and stay abreast of industry trends constantly
-Can work as part of a global team.
