Principal Business Analyst

Salary: Up to £85,000 (£100,000 for London)

Locations: Leeds, London, Bristol, Coventry, Manchester

Our client is seeking a Principal Business Analyst to join their public sector focused consultancy. People are at the heart of everything this organisation does, from utilising a bottom up approach internally to ensuring all services they deliver are evidence-based and human-centred. As a Principal Consultant, you will be an expert in GDS and Agile working. You will also be a leader of people and teams and advocate for user-centred design approaches. You will have the opportunity to share your expertise with, and influence, clients and team members, and to develop as a leader.

It's a very exciting time to join this organisation, they are multiple award winning and have recently secured a huge investment from a private equity firm to help the 250-person organisation grow to 400 across 2023! For you, this means there is huge scope to grow the BA division and make your mark in a company that is set to be huge.

Requirements:

Agile working
GDS principles (Government Digital Service)
An expert practitioner with broad industry experiencePart of the investment is going towards evolving the organisational structure and ensuring leaders have clear cut progression within the business. Therefore, you have the flexibility to grow as a manager or even move across teams and try your hand at something else.

They operate on a hybrid working model, whereby you are required on site 2-3 days per week. You will be assigned to your nearest hub to work and locations include London, Leeds, Bristol, Coventry, or Manchester.
