Are you an experienced Business Architect with a passion to lead and develop people?

In this role you’ll help solve business problems, support organisational change, helping the company achieve business outcomes related to growing revenue, optimising costs, mitigating risks and driving innovation.

You’ll be joining a large well-known investment and wealth management company that is an FTSE 250 listed company with an excellent salary and benefits package.

Remote and office working – office locations in Glasgow, Liverpool and London. You can be based at any of these locations.

You should have the following:

Passion and ability to develop and lead people

Experience in varied level of maturities of architecture capabilities & utilising architecture frameworks

A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organisation; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualisations

Excellent experience of processes across operational, change and delivery

Articulate technologist with demonstrated ability to communicate between business and technology on a peer basis and at senior level

Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities

This is a great opportunity to come in and develop the business architecture capability for a large FS business. You’ll get to participate in projects, committees, coach other members of the architecture team and contribute to developing the business / technology strategy.
