Are you an ambitious Principal Solutions Architect with Salesforce experience?

We have an exciting new opportunity for an entrepreneurial Principal Solutions Architect to be a key driver in building a new Salesforce practice for our Aerospace, Defence, and Technology strategic offering business.

This is a hybrid variable role, so you can be based anywhere in the UK, and will only be required to go into some of our offices to attend key meetings, and meet our clients when required, on average this should be around 1 day a week.

Principal Solutions Architect Role – What you’ll be doing:

* Defining the scope and deliverables for assignments with ‘client’ (may be internal or external) for the definition and execution of solutions architectures to integrate all of a client’s requirements using the Salesforce platform.

* Drives the establishment of the Salesforce practice.

* Takes ownership for the integrity of the solution areas that are his/her responsibility

* Delivers assignments in accordance with agreed scope, time, financial and quality measures

* Ensures effective client engagement and customer management during assignment (may include management of subcontractors and partners)

* Completes assignment review with ‘client’ at the end of each and every assignment (or six monthly for long term assignments)

* Actively promotes Sopra Steria consulting, application management, business process and IT-outsourcing services.

* Seeks and gains recognition outside Sopra Steria within ‘expert and specialist areas’ by active involvement in industry/specialist groups that develops recognition of

* Company’s capability that is transferable into sales opportunities

* Tracks market trends and competitor activities, and ensure this data is utilised for the ongoing service development

* Shares personal knowledge through coaching and mentoring, running workshops, establishing ‘special interest groups’

* To identify and manage risk in his/her business activities and take responsibility for reporting risks in a timely, open and appropriate manner

What you will bring:

* Previous Experience of Salesforce practice development

* Evidential Experience of leading Salesforce implementations

* Complete knowledge of Salesforce products and services

* Architectural best practice in Salesforce product suite

* Software configuration and development expertise to mentor more junior colleagues

* Certified Salesforce Solution Architect
