Job Description
We are currently looking for a Problem Manager for our IT Services Client based in Warrington on a permanent basis. This role will allow hybrid working with up to 3 days per week at home and 2 days in the office.
The Problem Manager role will pay between £40,000 to £50,000 + benefits depending on experience.
The successful Problem Manager will possess a proven track record working with the following –
– IT Problem Management
– IT Infrastructure
– IT Applications
– Improvements
– Post Incident review
– Reporting
– Trend analysis
– ITIL Service Management
– Incident Management
– Stakeholder Management
– Relationship Management
– Operations
