Our client is looking for a talented and collaborative Product Analyst to join our inclusive and welcoming team. This 12 month fixed term contract is remote and offers the opportunity to get hands-on with the technology that our advisers use daily to meet their client's needs.

In your first few weeks in this Product Analyst role, you can expect to:

Conduct business process and systems analysis and implement changes that align technology solutions with business objectives and our client's Technology Strategy and road-maps
Formulate and define systems scope and objectives, based on end-user needs and an understanding of business systems, applications, and industry requirements
Identify, capture, and develop requirements, functional and non-functional
Provide documentation and business rules to support the requirements throughout the project life cycle and change control, prioritising requirements based on high-value achievable requirementsTo apply for this Product Analyst role, awareness of ITIL, Agile Practices and Business Analysis/Systems Analysis would be desirable (however not essential). You'll need:

XPLAN experience
Some experience of working across the software development life-cycle within change implementation
Excellent stakeholder management
The ability or willingness to learn how to design and document business processes, stakeholder engagement capability with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail and the ability and experience assisting with planning activitiesIn return for your dedication, collaboration and commitment, you will receive a generous salary of 50K with an enhanced benefits package (26 days holiday, 10% pension, private medical, life assurance) and be joining a welcoming and inclusive culture.
