Job Description

Salary: Up to £35,000 with a total package up to £46,000 (Car, Bonus, Pension)

Location: Cannock, Staffordshire, with Hybrid working 1-2 days in the office

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What will you be doing?

Provide product specialist expertise and services to the Product Lead/s and their product line/process area.

Provide functional and technical expertise in the development and management of products, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Owning and managing the delivery of features, functions, and services.

Deliver viable solutions to meeting business needs and delivering desired business outcomes, whilst remaining within "best practice" guidelines.

Close liaison with business stakeholders and end users is key to help building effective relationships as well as understanding business challenges and needs.
What are we looking for?

An understanding of ITIL, dev ops/ agile demand delivered delivery

Experience working with large data sets.

Experience designing and running tests.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to turn requirements into actionable results

Core Business Analysis Skills.

Exceptional Stakeholder management and the ability to converse at all levels.

Adaptable individual with a dynamic approach.

Drive to innovate using digital technology.

Educated in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field would be beneficial
