Product Analyst – SaaS & Software Industry – Manchester

Salary: £30-50k

We are a recruitment agency currently looking for a Product Analyst to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and analytical support of their product initiatives.

Responsibilities:

* Analyse customer data and generate insightful reports and recommendations to inform product strategy

* Use data to identify and develop product opportunities that meet customer needs

* Develop, implement and track key performance metrics

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth product launch and development

* Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings

* Research and recommend strategies for product improvement

* Assist in the development of product presentations, demos and trainings

Technical Skills Required:

* Knowledge of SaaS and software industry

* Expertise in data analysis and presentation

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

* Understanding of web analytics and statistics

* Ability to interpret customer feedback

* Experience with user research and market analysis

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

* Project management and time-management skills
