Salary £35,000 to £40,000
Location: Chancery lane
Hybrid role working 2 day in the office a week
 
Exciting role working for a leading classified adverts organisation in central London who have been established since 1999. This company operate in 16 markets worldwide. A family feel company with opportunities for anyone joining to progress and move up the ladder. 
 
What you’ll do

Lead experience design within a cross-functional product team, owning UX and setting the design principles to enhance the product.
Conduct competitor analysis, customer research and usability testing, analysing feedback, activity, and iterating to optimise the customer experience
Own the design system, componentizing each entity of the UI and documenting interaction.
Create emotional journey maps, task flows, interface designs, prototypes and other UX/UI outputs. Facilitate workshops and kick-off sessions to get stakeholder input , answering critical business questions through design thinking, rapid prototyping, and testing ideas with customers.
Support the Head of Product and the wider product team in creating a stellar UX function and product experience.Person profile:

You are naturally passionate and obsessed with conceiving, creating and designing beautiful, useful, and innovative products.
You possess a solid understanding of graphic design, web technologies, and use Figma on a daily basis to convey / communicate your designs.
