What will you be doing?
Our team and user base is growing so we are looking to bring onboard an experienced administrator to support a legacy org and support the team delivery of a new greenfield org. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Salesforce and is keen to gain new certifications and experience in a large matrix environment. You will be:
Supporting c900 users across Sales/Service and Marketing cloud, working with multiple groups of users.
Responding to user change requests, triage and resolution of day to day users challenges.
Gathering and confirming user requirements.
Working with the Product Owner, developing and managing a backlog of day to day change requests, working to an agile 2 week release schedule.
Ongoing development of new Salesforce features and upskill existing team members (x3).
Working with the Product Owner – Salesforce, to deliver user onboarding and adoption of a new Salesforce org.
Salesforce release readiness activities and day to day maintenance of the (alongside our technical architect)
Maintain integrations with other internal & external systems.
Managing our growing test automation capabilities.
Delivering innovative low code (apps or declarative automations, primarily flow based, solutions to solve business challenges.
What are we looking for?
ADM201 Salesforce Certified (or working towards 301 desirable)
Sales and/or service cloud certification (desirable)
App or Platform Developer 1 (desirable)
Self-starters able to work within a framework under their own initiative.
Experience working with Sales and Service clouds as well as platform integrations.
Strong Interpersonal skills, requirement gathering & customer facing /stakeholder management experience.
Strong experience working with Flows and other declarative development tools.
Experience working within a large and diverse user base.
Building and maintaining roadmaps (Jira) delivering value realisation inline with broader business objectives.
3rd party application installation, configuration & maintenance.
Experience in with DevOps tools and test automation (such as Gearset or mabl) – desirable
