The Product Owner will own and manage delivery of features, functions and services. Immersion into stakeholder and user business areas will be required in order to bind the design and production process to the strategic and tactical deliverables of the business.
You will use data and customer-centric product techniques to test, identify and solve problems and simplify complex customer experiences.
Ensuring that you define what 'Success' looks like with the ability to ensure that this translates into outcomes that deliver value.
Influencing the product roadmap by establishing a deep understanding of our business, customers and our internal stakeholders.
Continuously improving professional capabilities, maintaining a high velocity individual programme of continuous professional development.
You will be working closely with a team of developers, designers and testers to create a great customer experience.
Prioritising and maintaining the product backlog working with developers, designers, testers and business stakeholders to create and refine high quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
You will be experienced using product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Smartsheets.
What are we looking for?
An accomplished and experienced product leader with a proven track record of delivering positive business outcomes.
A good understanding of agile methodologies, cross functional workings and development at different stages of the product life cycle.
Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills.
Competent when prioritising based on value and impact with the ability to clearly articulate those decisions.
