Product Manager | Banbury – Hybrid | £35,000 – £50,000

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Product Manager to join our team in the HR Application industry in Banbury. The Product Manager must have a background in the industry, excellent technical skills and the ability to take initiative and develop innovative technical solutions.

The Product Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of the HR Applications product line. The role includes gathering and analysing customer requirements, researching and developing new products, and ensuring products are in line with company strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Lead the product development process, making sure products are developed in a timely and cost-effective manner
Develop and implement product strategies that align with corporate objectives
Work closely with the marketing team to develop a PR plan to ensure the market is aware of our market leading product
Research and analyse customer requirements and market trends to identify new product opportunities
Identify new product features and capabilities that will add value to the customer
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure products are developed in line with customer requirements
Create the roadmap and strategy for the HR product. Grow sales through the existing customer base and create new customer opportunities by being the specialist salesperson
Monitor product performance, making adjustments to product strategies as neededSkills

4+ years of experience in product management in the HR/Hospitality Application industry
Experience in using HR systems to gain insight, challenge business performance and influence change
Competent IT skills (MS Office, CRM)
Demonstrable managing multiple projects gained within a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of customer requirements and market trends
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Highly organized and detail-oriented
