Job Description

Product Manager- Hospitality Tech

Central London based – Up to £75,000

This is a Product Manager role, with a twist!

Fancy helping to build bespoke products which are turning the hospitality industry on its head?

How about being part of a business, which is creating incredible digital experiences across multiple stunning venues?

Oh, are you a bit of a foodie? Then keep on reading 👀

These lot are the business behind some well known brands across the UK and globally- they are looking for a Product Manager to join the team and help them continue on their journey to creating a new world of hospitality!

This is an important role, you'll be reporting directly into the CEO and will be their sole Product Manager.

It's genuinely an exciting opportunity because it's a little different to your bog-standard Product Manager role- it offers a chance to own all multiple products, which range from digital experiences, to even food! (you don't need experience in food products- you just need to be a solid PM up for the challenge 😊)

You'd be responsible for developing a product roadmap and customer journey for these products, working closely with marketing, design, development, and the CEO to assess the impact of these products, ensuring they are on track against targets and being well received with customers.

Experience you'll ideally need:

Experience in B2C Product Management, minimum 3 years
Experience working with senior level stakeholders, and technical teams
A solid understanding of product frameworks and building roadmaps
Knowledge of marketing processesThe important stuff:

They have an office in Central London- due to the nature of the work they do, this is primarily an office based role (4 days per week in the office, and 1 day work from home/anywhere).

You'll also get involved with seeing their products live in action, so this role will require the occasional evening as well as the typical 9-5.30 (no extra hours, just a shift in time!) Trust me, it's super fun immersing yourself in their products, and you'll get so much out of it- it won't feel like work! If you do a later day, they are super flexible and you won't be expected in early the next morning.

If this sounds like a bit of you, and you're ready to work with fun colleagues, build exciting hospitality products, and grow your career in a brand new direction, please apply and I'll be in touch to discuss
