My client are a leading European XaaS provider operating within the Cloud Reseller space. They are looking to expand to the UK, adding to the 29 European countries they already operate in.
They have proven to be leaders within their market, listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange – demonstrating their financial stability. They operate across 143 countries, recently opening a successful cloud business in Spain. Looking to replicate this in the UK, they are looking to build out a team of sales / product specialists that will be able to penetrate the market and offer top-tier solutions to a range of clients.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
Negotiating rates/prices with vendors (Microsoft & Adobe)
Ensuring all live products are visible with correct specifications on the client's XaaS Marketplace
Ensuring complaints routines and warranty conditions are updated accordingly
Engaging with activities that will improve market penetration and profitability
Working with the wider team to ensure continuity in product/service offeringsTo be successful with your application, you must possess:
Demonstrable experience within a Product Manager position (or another relevant role: Client Success Manager, Account Manager etc.)
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365 offerings
Good knowledge of Adobe offerings
Strong English communication skills The position will be on site their Amersham office for the first 3 – 6 months, before moving to a 3-day-on site hybrid work scheme.
The position is flexible on salary but will pay up to £85,000 DOE.
