Product Manager – Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Contract | c. £650pd | Outside IR35 | Until EOY 2023 + extension
SR2 are actively recruiting for a Product Manager to support one of our boutique clients on a global engagement.
The customer has already implemented SFMC. Therefore, we are looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap for SFMC and revolutionise their use of CRM.
As the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Manager you will manage relationships with stakeholders both internal and external, including possible consulting partners and technology teams within the group.
Identification of business requirements and translation into product requirements. Responsible for process ownership and development of documentation of existing and new CRM tech processes, releases and updates.
Experience:
Proven experience scaling technology within a global consumer business
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience 3+ years
Product Management Experience 10+ years
Good understanding of Consumer Data Platforms
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (highly desirable)This role is due to start in May 2023 and will run until end of 2023 with scope to extend.
