Product Owner – £550 II35 – 6 months
Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client who are a multi-billion pound corporation that operate in over 150 countries globally. Our client is searching for a Product Owner with a minimum of two years' experience within an Agile / Scrum environment who possess a DevOps mind-set in their approach to application delivery.
The chosen Product Owner will engage with the internal engineering function to articulate business requirements into deliverables, and converting these into user stories. Where you will manage related ceremonies, priority setting and backlog management.
Our client have a flexible approach to home working but will require trips to their HQ's located in London once or twice a week.
Role responsibilities:
·Working with the development and operations teams to clarify requirements and help them understand the business side of the product
·Communicating with stakeholders to ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding features, functionality, and deadlines
·Creating user stories and acceptance tests that clearly articulate requirements for each feature or change request
·Collaborating with designers to create mock-ups of what the final product will look like
·Prioritising product backlog items based on business value, the time needed to complete, and order in which they were created
·Reviewing prototypes or other proofs of concept for feasibility before allowing them to move to the next stage of development
·Coordinating with developers to make sure that they understand the requirements for each project
·Verifying that the finished product meets the needs of customers by conducting usability tests or reviewing customer feedback
·Communicating status and roadblocks to other team members

Essential skills and experience:
·Experience working as Product Owner for infrastructure or operations platforms or technologies

Exposure to cloud based salutations, preferably Azure ·Knowledge and experience in using Jira, iObeya and ServiceNow tooling.
·Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on transparency, stakeholder and expectation management.
·A DevOps mindset, with an agile approach to delivery.
·Analytical mindset and use of data for decision-making.
·Keen to learn and develop on an interpersonal and subject matter level.
Package:
·£450 – £600 p/day inside
·Hybrid working (1-2x London)
·6 months rolling contract
