Hybrid role 1-2 days per week in Bristol or Farnborough
£60,000 – £64,000 Depending on Experience

The Product Owner / Manager Role:
Join Pax8 in our UK Team as a ServiceNow Product Owner / Manager and accelerate your career driving and supporting the next significant expansion stage of our incredible growth across Europe.
Pax8 is looking for a ServiceNow vision wizard capable of bringing global order to a complex, brownfield estate that has sprawled due to hyper growth – if this sounds like a challenge you’ll relish then read on.
You will be responsible for driving the vision behind ServiceNow and make sure Pax8 makes the best out of this platform to become the world’s favourite place to buy cloud products.
This is a Greenfield Opportunity and you can have a major influence in the business while becoming a benchmark for future Product Owners.
ServiceNow is our principal means of communication used by more than 200 support people globally in IT, HR, Project Management, Partner services & professional services.
This is a fantastic opportunity to highlight your potential within one of the most exciting and fast-growing Global Tech Unicorns, while working with stakeholders across several continents and making an enormous impact on the efficiency of a globally scaling organisation. Working alongside our global CIO, a former founder CTO and a team of 4 specialists, and an artisanal ServiceNow guru.
You will have amazing communication skills and enjoy communicating and working across borders – Europe, USA, UK and be a key member of our community, comfortable with a growing leadership role and not afraid of facing any challenge, roadblock or conflict.
About You:
+ Significant experience as a Product Owner or equivalent in a software development environment.
+ Reasonable experience with Agile/Scrum Software Development, writing Agile Epics and Stories.
+ Reasonable Experience with Jira, Wrike, Rally or equivalent project management tool preferred.
+ Working knowledge of ServiceNow ecosystem and software development processes preferred.
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects amidst ambiguous and sometimes conflicting stakeholder priorities and requirements.
+ Strong interpersonal skills/experience working with stakeholders and able to manage competing resources, priorities, perspectives and needs.
+ Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
+ Meticulous attention to detail and excellent documentation/communication skills.
+ Ability to distil key ideas out of brainstorming sessions and ambiguous requirements.
+ Be a self-starter and able to work independently.
+ Work in a collaborative team and be accountable for results.
+ B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
+ Certified Scrum Product Owner / Project Management Certification preferred
