Digital Product Owner – Warehousing
Household Name Fashion Retailer – Reading (Hybrid)
Up to £85,000 + 25% bonus + package
My client are a well known retailer going through a large scale digital transformation and automation to support their exciting expansion agenda. They are updatng their supply chain technologies to bring them in line with the strategic vision and are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join them 2 days a week at their office, based in Reading.
They are looking for someone with a background in product management from a retail or fmcg supply chain or from within a 3PL who has strong stakeholder engagement skills and has been through a technology or automation transformation in the past from a supply chain perspective.
What you'll do:
Manage Business Analysts and assist Product Managers and Supply Chain team in developing product vision, maximising product value from the work of the dev team through to the end-to-end lifecycle.
Manage live products ensuring business operations are achieved and availability is maintained during the transformation while directing the development team to deliver value to the end user.
Aid in the education of colleagues and wider team around agile methodologies and product management with a culture of customer value driven development.
Who you'll be:
Background in Product Ownership or Management in a retail or fmcg supply chain, or from within a 3PL logistics environment with a depth of understanding of supply chain, warehousing, and transportation technologies and the global supply chain.
Evidence of working through the evolution of products from ideation and design through to delivery.
3+ years experience in business relationship management in an IT environment with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing ability.
