The Products Project Manager role is a key delivery role, reporting into the Head of Products. Here you will have a real chance to drive transformation across our business; your successes will be recognised (& felt) companywide, with exposure right up to our MD.
Primary Job Purpose
The Products Portfolio is a part of a transformation initiative and you play an important part in shaping the future
You will work with the wider delivery team and stakeholders to translate company, business unit and campaign objectives into product needs, then deliver those products
You will achieve this by working closely with BU Delivery Leadership, Client Management, Business Operations, Project Management Office and other Delivery Management Teams
Developing Rokes processes and capabilities alongside successful delivery of projects continuously improving how we deliver our business results
Transform successful projects into successful products
Why We Want You
You will have;
Good project management experience
Experience converting customer need into business cases and product specifications
Delivered to technically adept customers, ideally with exposure to Government departments or within the National Security domain
Managed engineering teams that develop novel software and hardware solutions; ideally for the purposes of cybersecurity, business intelligence, communications or information security
A willingness to travel nationally (or internationally) to client sites if needed
Beyond your technical skills, you will be proactive and able to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. You will work well alone or as part of a team. You will be curious and seek out the best approach/solution/tool for the job at hand.
