This role is a client-focused professional with excellent communication and technical skills. the role involves the design, installation, and configuration of its software in large enterprises, often requiring you to integrate with and work alongside our global partners. You will be focused on bringing its software to life for our customers across their web, mobile, and other digital channels.

Core Responsibilities

Lead technical sessions directly with customers and partners regarding the software installation, configuration, delivery workshops, and training
Business liaison with customer and partners supporting use case and application discussions
Technical liaison with customer various technical teams (Platform, Network, Security, Web, Mobile) to drive innovation
Maintain detailed customer installation, configuration, use case documentation
Together with the other members of the professional services team, you will take ownership of configuring Celebrus to activate the use cases required from our customers.
Troubleshooting, understanding, resolving and documenting issues in complex customer environments
Stay up to date on latest Csoftware releases, installation requirements, and new feature configuration
Attend team meetings to share knowledge, ideas, and collaborate on Innovation
Provide clear, concise and timely updates to high priority items and escalate issues
Deliver training to customers and partners

Exposure to a large variety of requirements and customers, resulting in a multitude of experiences that serve to add greater understanding and flexibility to the role as an individual.

Working with Windows & Linux Operating Systems
Installing enterprise software
Understanding Web/data analytics
Working with JavaScript
Working with deployment tools and experience with Kubernetes/Docker/Puppet is helpful
Exposure to Database architecture and design and Cloud hosted environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Knowledge of networking and infrastructure concepts and setups – hardware, firewalls, load balancing etc.
Understanding of networking and security, web design and development and tag management solutions
Understanding and experience of working in secure environments under ISO27001 or equivalent
