Job Description

Project Control Officer Manager – Corsham
* Salary starting from £55,000 – £62,000
* Discretionary bonus and access to competitive Employee benefits scheme
* Onsite working
We’re looking for a Project Control Office Manager (PCOM) to establish and run a small project support cell for a complex contract that delivers a unique UK Defence capability. The PCOM will setup and then manage the day-to-day running of the office; overseeing the tasking and outputs of the PCO and administering it's efficient running such that business benefit is realised.

How your experience will be utilised. You will:
* Develop and maintain the contracted progamme of work;
* Deliver a verified and validated rolling short, medium and long-term programme of work;
* Monitor, track and report MASS contracted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
* Maintain the Enterprise Resource Planning data in line with MASS project management activities and plans;
* Devise and lead on Continuous Improvement initiatives to promote efficient ways of working in the team;
* Undertake other tasks to support the Senior Project Manager and PCO team where required;
* Recruit, train and maintain a PCO team of Suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel;
* Comply with Company policies and procedures (including the MASS Management System);
* Adhere to the MASS company values.

We’re expecting that you’ve done this role before, so you’ll know how to do it whilst spinning multiple plates:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an equivalent role
* Proven track record of delivering a complex project
* Proven experience of leading multiple teams to deliver a coherent programme of work to contracted KPIs
* Well established experience of project planning techniques
* Excellent negotiator and accomplished communicator
* Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
* The candidate must be eligible for a DV clearance
It would be great if you had hands-on experience of planning software and tools as well as a strong background in risk management and commercial negotiations.

* Due to the highly secure nature of the projects you’ll be working on, you must be willing to undergo and maintain appropriate UK government DV/SC security clearance
