Automated governance is an exciting new branch of security that monitors the user behaviour of staff and automatically identifies risks using a sophisticated suite of in-house developed software applications that are increasingly being adopted used by high-profile organisations across both the private and public sectors.

They are looking for a skilled and dedicated Project Coordinator to join their inclusive and collaborative team. This full-time project coordination role is based in Reading and offers a salary of up to £30,000.

As an attentive Project Coordinator, you will operate in a busy, vibrant environment, coordinating activities to assist in the smooth project delivery of the company's portfolio of highly bespoke applications that operate across PC and mobile devices. These activities will include liaising with prospects and customers, project administration, collating and maintaining project plans and documentation and acting as the overall 'glue' between the broader sales, development and support/operations teams.

In this Project Coordinator role, you can expect to :

· Participate in the early stages of prospect engagement to help identify, understand and qualify opportunities

· Support the broader team in preparing and submitting quotations and bid proposals

· Co-ordinate the project delivery process, liaising with both internal and external project teams

To apply for this project coordination job, you will need to be personable and presentable with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a good command of written language. You will also require a good working knowledge of standard office applications (Word, Excel, etc.). In addition, the following skills and expertise are desirable:

· Some commercial experience and assistance with preparing sales/proposal documentation is advantageous but not required.

· A general interest in IT, digital transformation and cyber security

· A familiarity with common ICT technologies and terminology

· Experience in project management disciplines
