Project Delivery Engineer

* Location: Farnborough or Chippenham, Wiltshire

* Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 17:30pm

* Salary: £38,000 – £44,000 Gross per annum

Your new role

This role is perfect for exercising your ability to deliver high quality technical solutions to new and existing customers. Working autonomously to then drive forward a team effort to meet and exceed customer expectations.

* Working closely with Project Managers and Technical Consultants to ensure the successful

* Delivery of IT solutions, on time and to a consistent quality

* Maintaining Low-level Designs (LLDs) and Work Instructions

* Working on customer sites or datacentres during the delivery of IT projects

* Ensuring IT solutions are accepted into support through provision of knowledge transfer sessions, documentation, and post-implementation support

* Success in this role is immediately evident through the completion of phases and customer satisfaction

What you’ll need to succeed

Experienced with one or more of the following technology disciplines

* Server and Storage: Windows, Microsoft, Dell, etc.

* Networking and Security: Next Gen Firewalls and networking routing and switching

* Cloud IaaS / PaaS / SaaS: Microsoft office 365, AWS etc

* End User: Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, Windows 8/10 Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, etc.

Experience in delivering IT infrastructure projects previously would be key to undertaking this position.
