A leading charity are seeking a Project Manager on a permanent basis to focus on systems implementations and upgrades for the organisation.

Main Focus

This role will be focused on the project management of core deliverables and systems for the organisation, including further development of their CRM (Salesforce), implementation of a new finance and HR System and general system and application upgrades planned throughout the next two years.

For these projects you will be responsible for delivering key workstreams which would include system development, data migration and reporting.

You will also need to oversee testing, training of end users in new business processes, and handover of the solution to the IT department and relevant stakeholders.

The role includes business analysis as well as scoping, planning, executing, and monitoring the time, cost, and quality aspects of the project. You will need to show you have successfully performed both project management and business analyst roles on the same project and that you have proven experience delivering complex system integration projects.

Requirements

Using formal project management methodologies and tools, take responsibility for delivery of projects and/or workstreams throughout the entire lifecycle utilising all provided templates and tools to manage the project and project tasks in accordance with standard practices
Effectively manage projects and all associated change management (both technical and business) and documentation
Undertake early-stage business analysis of processes ensuring required information is available for the proper planning of a project as required (you will work in partnership with the Business Analysis and Business Partnering team)
Proactively manage vendors, contractors and other third parties involved in your assigned projects

Experience Required

Formal project management experience qualification (Prince2, PMP or equivalent)
Proven experience of delivering technology-based IT projects with complex integrations
Experience with CRM projects or similar highly desirable (preferably Salesforce)
Ability to demonstrate initiative and innovation and to complete projects effectively
Excellent communication skills including an ability to explain concepts, ideas, and technologies in a clear and concise way to technical and non-technical colleagues and project stakeholders
Have a can do attitude to working with a team and delivering to tight deadlines
Proven ability to manage a high workload and multiple priorities whilst meeting deadlines
Ability to work effectively with persons at all levels to achieve on-time project delivery
Ability to work with others to capture requirements and translate those into a project specification
Strong analysis and decision making skills
Ability to lead and mentor others in a constructive and collaborative manner
