Job Description

Project Manager

Chilton, Buckinghamshire / Hybrid (Tuesdays in the office)

£40,000 to £60,000

Project Manager required to join an award-winning software supplier that creates loyalty solutions designed to increase customer retention, motivate customer acquisition, and drive customer growth. Their goal is to dominate the enterprise market and be the top B2B loyalty software vendor in the UK. The ideal candidate will come with a demonstrable background in client communications, SDLC, and SaaS.

Some of what you will be doing:

* Managing the full Software Development Life Cycle

* Hosting and contributing to daily Scrum Meetings

* Documenting meetings and updating the delivery plan

* Assigning duties at key points within the project and when flags occur

* Holding knowledge of deliverables and communicating requirements across departments

* Managing activity across the Products

* Ensuring deadlines and budgets are met

* Maintaining and checking project progress, reporting, and managing any changes or concerns to ensure successful project delivery

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

* Demonstrable background in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and SaaS (Software as a Service)

* Adaptable communication style

* Experience in a client-facing environment

* Proficient in stakeholder management

* Have an opportunistic approach to help drive growth

* Ability to focus and deliver value for clients i.e., finding appropriate solutions to meet customer’s requirements
