Job Description
Project Manager
As a Project Manager within the Change function, your role is to lead the delivery of multiple, often complex business change projects, ensuring objectives and benefits are effectively realised.
Responsibilities
Lead, drive and deliver significant, complex business change projects (often with a digital or tech component)
Own and project manage multiple change initiatives at any one time
Work within our established PMO framework to deliver your projects,
Apply established project management principles
Skills
A highly accomplished project manager with significant experience managing multiple business initiatives.
A solid grasp of project management principles with experience in successfully applying and advancing those principles.
An excellent communicator
Excellent people management skills, able to lead, motivate and coordinate a diverse project team.
Good knowledge of retail and/or hospitality industry
