Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Leeds
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000

We are a rapidly expanding marketing agency seeking an experienced and talented Project Manager to join our team in Leeds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the successful execution of multiple marketing projects for our clients. This will involve establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, monitoring project progress and ensuring deadlines are met. You will be expected to provide guidance and support to team members and ensure projects are completed to the required standard.

Key responsibilities:
* Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, taking ownership of the entire project life cycle
* Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, setting expectations and managing the client relationship
* Manage project budgets and resources
* Establish project objectives and monitor progress
* Work with the team to identify potential challenges and develop solutions
* Monitor project performance and ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner
* Ensure projects are completed within budget
* Monitor and report on project performance
* Provide guidance and support to team members

Technical Skills Required:
* Proven track record of successful project management
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
* Knowledge of Agile methodology
* Experience in budgeting and resource management
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
