Junior Estates Project Manager-hybrid-London-c.£405 out of scope)
Estates/Security Project Manager, SC Security Cleared is required by our government client based in London.
Wokring in an SC Security Cleared environment. SC or DV Security Clearance is required or you will be eligible to undertake.
To work on a range of construction and security projects ensuring these are completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget – planning and delivery.
Essential Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
Prince 2 Practitioner, APMP or equivalent
Specific understanding and experience in the operation, maintenance and deployment of using contracts and procuring construction
Health and Safety construction knowledge and CDM2015 regulations.
Some site based work will be required
You will be responsible for the planning and delivery of customer projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget and to the agreed scope quality standards, across the organisation’s wide range of Estates and Security services.
You may also be required to assist with and lead the production of bids fornew work opportunities
