    Project Manager/Scrum Master
    St Ives, Cambridgeshire
    Hybrid Working

    HB Commercial are proud to be working on behalf of a leading UK firm in the oil marketplace! My client is seeking a PM/Scrum Master to join their ranks in their St Ives office on a hybrid basis (2 days on site and 3 days remote)
    Role and responsibilities but not limited to:-
    * Keeping the business accountable. Did they do what they said they would?
    * Managing moving parts, working back from desired outcome to work out what needs to happen.
    * Support the product development. Facilitate, negotiate and unpick any blockers.
    * Improve the processes the business have in place now.
    Experience:-
    * Extensive background within Project management and Scrum master positions.
    * Good background knowledge of scrum techniques and artefacts.
    * Strong experience working with websites (ideally B2C) and online platforms.
    * Experience using any of the following – Jira, Trello or similar.
