I am recruiting for several QA Engineers with either an interest in automation or automation experience already with JavaScript based automation tools like Cypress or Playwright to join my client. They have been developing an eCommerce platform that has revolutionized the way that people book trips away. They have been shortlisted for a variety of awards and having just received substantial funding are now taking their product to the next level and significantly growing their tech team. They have an office in Gloucestershire but are happy for people to be completely remote and just pop into the office from time to time for company strategy days.

They are in the process of creating a brand new test function so it is a super exciting time to be joining. Having just hired a Test Lead they are now looking to build a team of 4 more QA Engineers to work alongside them. You'll be joining at the early stages where you can help make sure that things are done the right way from the beginning. They are big on shifting testing left and are keen for the QAs to get involved in testing right from the planning and requirements stages. The plan is to have two teams, one more technical to focus more heavily on automation and the other team to be more focussed on manual and exploratory testing. They would however, like their initial more manual focused testers to have a desire to learn automation.

You'll be testing their web based products and API's and their tech stack is React, Typescript, Redux, React test library and RestAPI. They are big on agile and are in the process of building out their end-to-end automated testing so for people more focussed on automation you'll be involved with this. They are currently using Cypress so any experience with this would be a big plus.

Salary is anywhere form £30,000 up to £60,0000 depending on experience
