Job Description
RPA Support Engineer (KOFAX) – Tier 1 Investment Banking – £70,000 – £75,000 – Hybrid working + excellent benefits
Overview:
A leading tier 1 investment bank are currently recruiting for an RPA Support Engineer to join their team. You will be responsible for providing support for the Kofax RPA platform and ensure its performance and availability throughout the working day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
·Support RPA development activities as and when required.
·Reacting to platform alerts and issues as they arise.
·Maintain RPA build and deployment processes for the platform.
·Reviewing platform capacity and system monitoring metrics.
·Working closely with infrastructure teams to ensure the platform is maintained and patched as appropriate.
Skills & Experience:
·Experience supporting Kofax RPA platforms
·Detailed knowledge of the RPA system administration functions.
Desirable:
·Experience working with FileNet
Package:
·£70,000 – £75,000
·15-20% bonus
·14-16% pension contributions
