Ruby on Rails Developer

My client is seeking a talented Ruby developer to join their development team in Dublin. As a Ruby developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining web applications using Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and frontend technologies.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop web applications using Ruby on Rails
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Identify and fix bugs in the applications
Continuously improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of the applications
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends
Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails (3+ years)
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL or MySQL
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
