The Role
As a Sales Administrator, you will support Account Managers and Business Development Managers by providing administrative support across a range of duties.
Managing contract renewals for your region, you will produce, process and record quotes by cross referencing client inventories with pricing information on costs from the procurement team.
Acting as a gatekeeper for sales, you will assist with quote generation and the provision of accurate supporting documentation and information. Managing the sales order intake, you will advise relevant departments of order details.
Additionally, you will:
– Provide diary management and scheduling support
– Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
– Manage customer CHURN reporting
About You
To be considered as a Sales Administrator, you will need:
– Experience of providing excellent customer service
– Experience of general administrative duties
– Excellent service co-ordination skills
– The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
– To be proficient in Microsoft
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
